We love the way the giant hedges at Penshurst Palace create a perfect linear path. We wanted to recreate this garden and draw inspiration for a spring luncheon setting. Moss lined the center of our table, acting as a runner, while green carnation chargers lined our dishes.

Oh that is beautiful. I like carnations because they are so poofy and can come in so many colors, but sometimes ya just don’t know what to do with them – the idea of making a charger out of them is brilliant! The moss runner get big snaps too!
