Pick Your Favorite Wedding Gazebo

It doesn’t feel particular nice out right now, but spring will come again. And when it does, we’ll be busy with lots of wedding. One of our brides is planning a beautiful spring celebration. She wants to get married outside in a modern and elegant gazebo.

Below are five gazebos we’ve designed for our spring bride, but we want your opinion. Which of these designs do you think best captures our bride’s modern and elegant outdoor vision?

Please share your vote in the comments. Thank you!

Depends on the theme and formality of the wedding– we choose #4 since you will be able to adapt it to many styles. Choice 1 is lovely, but may be inflexible to unique themes or styles.

  29. Cassie Weidner
    January 3, 2012

definitely number 1. my second choice would be 3 just because i could see flowers and vines hanging in it

    January 3, 2012

#3… modern yet can be very elegant with lots of flowers dripping all around and added chandeliers with candles!

  32. Sade
    January 3, 2012

    Love # 1!

  33. Pam Archer
    January 3, 2012

#5 is the most modern of the designs, but #1 is my favorite. The roof line updates it to a more modern look.

  34. jaclyn
    January 3, 2012

    1 or 3…
(3 suites the rustic theme everyone is doing right now)

  35. Desiree
    January 3, 2012

#1 definitely! However, I like #2 as well.

  40. Kristie
    January 3, 2012

Number 1 fits both modern and elegant. That’s going to look amazing in the Spring!

  41. Maria
    January 3, 2012

    DEFINITELY option #3. True elegants.

  42. Georgina
    January 3, 2012

I love number 2 but think number 1 would be more versatile!

  43. Christina Millikin
    January 3, 2012

I like Option 3….. it’s the most versatile and with the right flowers it works with most themes….. from shabby chic to sleek and modern. You could also add drapes to make it work as a chuppah.

  44. SARAROXXU
    January 3, 2012

Option #2 but with a white domed roof rather than a shingled roof so it matches the columns similar to the rotunda at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.

  45. Maria
    January 3, 2012

I lie option 2….different & elegant. Will be beautiful with flowers & draping

  46. Maria
    January 4, 2012

#1 – All the way – I can see draping on the pillars and flowers on the railings!

  47. May Ann Alano
    January 4, 2012

I like option #1 more Classic designs that are timeless in their beauty and elegance.

  48. Donna Cappon
    January 4, 2012

I definately like the grace and elegance of number one.

  49. FAVORS
    January 4, 2012

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY?

  50. FAVORS
    January 4, 2012

Definitely #2. It feels formal and modern. A few levels above #1, the only other contender. It looks “cake” like with the details and columns. It says “wedding”. If the couple wants ulta modern and sleek, #1 may be more fitting (a jazzed up, common fixture). However, #2 brings architectural beauty to the “outside” event, creating balance.

  51. FAVORS
    January 4, 2012

Of the 5, #2 has the least “shars”. All the others have jagged edges or points that pierce us subconsciously. #2 looks more inviting, peaceful, balanced, secure, and strong–great foundations for a wedding and the feelings one would like to solicit from the couple and their guests.

  52. Laurie Chapman
    January 4, 2012

I love option #2 — I’de even donate my backyard for the event, if I could keep the gazebo afterwards ;)

  53. Jess
    January 4, 2012

Number 4! Much more customizable to fit a larger range of different clients and their visions, styles, themes, etc.

  54. Denae Peters (@DenaePeters)
    January 4, 2012

Either #2 or #1. Both very elegant and traditional.

  55. Rebecca
    January 4, 2012

I would have to say option 3 so many decor options. Also allows for easy plan of sight for everyone to see !

  56. LYN (Edralyn Chapman)
    January 4, 2012

Number one is sweet and charming I think… though I like number 3 because it’s more open and Audience has a better view of the Ceremony…

  57. Jason
    January 4, 2012

My first choice I will definately have to go with #2 with #3 being my next choice.

  58. Cecilia
    January 4, 2012

I love no. 4… I can image that one near to a beach or garden, with crystals or little canldes hanging from the roof and reflecting the sun….

  59. Rebecca
    January 5, 2012

Option @1 it is simply elegant and modern. Love it!

  60. Lula B
    January 6, 2012

5 Is most modern. 4 would work for the minimalist.

  61. KJ
    January 25, 2012

I love the unique shape of #5. It offers a wealth of design opportunities. #1 is also beautiful; but its a “safe” choice. I select option #5!
