I would go with #1 & #5. Reason being not knowing the client taste it is hard to pick designs with certain style. #5 would need flowers too but the flow of the design is excellent.

# 1 needs a high ceiling, and it match a classical wedding.
# 2 A bit modern (depending whats in the middle) and you need to hang more than one.
# 3 Deja vue (not a new idea)
#4 Maybe the best choice among the 5.
# 5 it is not clear, it might be nice for an art deco wedding.
